Orders

Orders can be made by online, or by phone, email or post. We accept Visa and most debit cards.

We attempt to send orders within two working days. If you need something urgently, please give us a call on +44 (0)1865 379230 to make sure that we have it in stock (and avoid disappointment).

Postage

UK: Free delivery on all UK orders over £20.

       £3.50 delivery on orders below £20.

       Most UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

       A next working day delivery service is available for UK orders placed before 2pm for a standard charge of £7.50.

EU

Hooray! We are now able to ship to the EU countries listed below (please read below).

EU Orders up to £130: Delivery £10 (Your order should be delivered without any further local taxes or charges.)

EU Orders over £130: Delivery £20 (Local taxes may be charged on delivery. Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer and will have to be paid by the customer separately upon receipt of your order.)

(Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden - more countries to be added soon!).

Switzerland: Standard charge £8.00. Air Mail and/or International Signed For will be used.

Rest of world: Standard charge £18.00. Air Mail and/or International Signed For will be used

Where part orders are delayed, no postal charge will normally be made for follow-up deliveries.

Satisfaction

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return goods within 30 days, in the original packaging and with the labelling attached (undamaged, unwashed and unworn) for a refund or exchange. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that we receive the returned items and we recommend that you obtain a proof of postage or use a signed for service. Please return your items to: Organics for Kids Ltd, 10 Bankside, Kidlington, Oxford OX5 1JE. If you have purchased your clothes from one of our stockists, please contact them about returns in the first instance.

Every care has been taken to describe products as accurately as possible. In some cases slight colour variations may occur through the colour reproduction process.
